Not only did the toppings fall off when I transferred it from the peel to the stone, but the pizza stuck to the stone! This was a disaster; my apartment ended up filled with smoke.

Ohh, of course! It was smoked
Ohh, of course! It was smoked salmon with asparagus, mushroom, and red onion on my own whole wheat and semolina crust.
Although the crust was a wreck I enjoyed eating the folded, doughy hunks of of toppings and browned cheese by hand.
I found the brand of salmon my parents prefer — Tony’s Smokehouse in Oregon City — and had to follow your inspiration.
